synopsis: Dominic Cobb is the foremost practitioner of the artistic science of extraction, inserting oneself into a subject's dreams to obtain hidden information without the subject knowing, a concept taught to him by his professor father-in-law, Dr. Stephen Miles. Dom's associates are Miles' former students, who Dom requires as he has given up being the dream architect for reasons he won't disclose. Dom's primary associate, Arthur, believes it has something to do with Dom's deceased wife, Mal, who often figures prominently and violently in those dreams, or Dom's want to "go home" (get back to his own reality, which includes two young children). Dom's work is generally in corporate espionage. As the subjects don't want the information to get into the wrong hands, the clients have zero tolerance for failure. Dom is also a wanted man, as many of his past subjects have learned what Dom has done to them. One of those subjects, Mr. Saito, offers Dom a job he can't refuse: to take the concept one step further into inception, namely planting thoughts into the subject's dreams without them knowing. Inception can fundamentally alter that person as a being. Saito's target is Robert Michael Fischer, the heir to an energy business empire, which has the potential to rule the world if continued on the current trajectory. Beyond the complex logistics of the dream architecture of the case and some unknowns concerning Fischer, the biggest obstacles in success for the team become worrying about one aspect of inception which Cobb fails to disclose to the other team members prior to the job, and Cobb's newest associate Ariadne's belief that Cobb's own subconscious, especially as it relates to Mal, may be taking over what happens in the dreams

I was thinking (i might be wrong) when he was interviewing that guy and started rubbung his pencil, how did he know that would make him angry? Cuz he already knows the guy hes interviewing and already knows his tick from his time as a patient. Marvel can do whatever they want, but they can NEVER measure up to this masterpiece. The desperation is just crushing and it's a great payoff when they make it back in the end. The fact Yeosang has lines. claps*💕. Ateez is that group that everyone knows and loves. I was sad. Briefly. To all the ones who disliked this song: Stop holding your phone upside down. That isn't how you hold it. What a trailer. What a film. Shame Leonardo DiCaprio didn't win an Oscar for it.

Definitely an under appreciated gem in Scorsese's catalog. Great video. Didn't catch a few of those subtle hints.

I avoided this film for a LONG time because it seemed creepy. Having finally watched it, this feels like Scorsese's Memento. Lots of similar themes, just done very differently.

An individual who sacrifices his ego to save the collective good. Would never have happened in Soviet Russia. A true stoic and a realist is what Batman is in this movie. The best detail about Batman is that he has no super powers, only a stout honest and selfless heart. I love how this song relates to us atiny bc we try to look for ateez but get lost. and every day and night we chase them LOL.

Let's hope Matt Reeves and Robert Pattinson can deliver a scene half as a great as this one

I'm whatever Gotham needs me to beone of best Batman lines ever. This shows how much he wants to protect the city. I just love that line. I can't find anything I could find scarier, than what happened to this man.

I remember watching this movie when i was younger(like 6 years ago) and my mind wasent able to understand the ending. i remember my mother explaining to me what happend but again i was not able to figure out what was happening. now after all those years i still remember some of the scenes. youtube recomended me this video and i thought it was a song so i clicked it. i was suprised when i found out you talking about this sebumps from the first seconds. thanks for this thanks youtube :p (sorry for bad english.

No one is appreciating how graceful and enchanting Marion Cotillard's walk anddelivery is here. Always makes me smile. The trailer says we go into the dream, the subject fills it with ideas and we steal it. Its called inception. But in the movie that isnt what inception actually is. Its planting an idea. And yes im fun at parties.
